Our farm produce is available for purchase. We sell wine, charcuterie, jams, fresh vegetables, vegetables in oil and pickles.
Under Pietro's careful management, the farm produces cereals, fruit and various vegetables: radicchio, cabbages, beans, tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, potatoes... These are partly destined for direct sale to the consumer and partly for the kitchens of the guest farm.
After harvesting we also preserve our vegetables in oil and make delicious homemade pickles to enjoy all year round,
while our fresh fruit is transformed into wholesome jam.
In addition to the individual products, we can also prepare boxes and packages for tasty gifts.

The art of preserving the fruits of our land in jars is a very old one and constitutes a simple but
effective technique handed down by our grandmothers to allow products such as
peppers, aubergines, courgettes, radicchio, plums and grapes to be enjoyed all year round.
The fruit and vegetables are grown on nearby plots of land and, following the appropriate preparation, are bottled to be served and sold on our guest farm.
A large area of the farm is destined for the cultivation of cereals, including corn.
The kernels of corn are ground to make the yellow flour known as “polenta meal”. Our polenta meal is ground in an old local mill that is still driven by water power.
This type of cornmeal is not only used to make polenta, but also as the main ingredient of several types of bread and cakes.
Our pigs are raised on the finest produce of our farm to ensure the wholesomeness of their meat,
which is a fundamental requirement for the production of
salami, cotechino, brawn, sausages, bacon and other charcuterie.
The meat is processed by hand according to the tradition of the local pork-butchers.
Following our attentive work in the vineyard, our grapes are handpicked from the vines.
After harvesting, the grape juice is transformed into wine in our cellar.

reds - Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Refosco, whites - Friulano, Verduzzo and a small amount of Picolit.
